The Hug Factory is headquartered in Richardson, Texas, where our designs are conceived and developed. All Wholesale business is handled exclusively through area Distributors; however, a retail web site, www.forhugs.com, has been made available to anyone who may not be able to find Hug products in their area. We feel very fortunate to have had such success with our little characters, and enjoy playing a small part, connecting people, in this special way.
